Plan around the busiest break.
Water points
Count the people who refill at the same time, the size of their bottles and their preferred temperatures. Tank capacity describes stored water; it is not unlimited hot or cold output. A compact unit may suit a small team, while a busier pantry may need greater capacity or another water point.
Separate rooms
Measure meeting rooms and enclosed offices individually. Walls, closed doors, ceiling height and occupancy affect the setup. Do not assume that a purifier in a corridor serves all adjoining rooms simply because the total floor area fits its stated coverage.
Installation and support
Check counter or floor space, water and power connections, and access for servicing. For a larger office, include the distance between departments and whether different floors share a pantry. What about an office with 50 employees?
Review peak refill demand and the distance between teams. Several water points may be more practical than one shared unit. Send the floor layout and break pattern before assuming that one model will serve everyone.
Should we choose water, air or both?
For pantry drinking water, compare water purifiers. For enclosed meeting rooms or workspaces, compare air purifier coverage and placement separately. A quotation can cover both categories without treating every room as the same requirement.
