Staff use and supervised access
Define who can use the water point.
A pantry used by a few administrators and a dispenser available during student breaks can have very different demands. Identify intended users and access arrangements before comparing capacity or placement.

Before choosing
Plan by room, not total enrolment.
Administration and staff pantry
Record the staff who refill together, preferred temperatures and available counter or floor space. Include occasional meeting attendees when relevant. Do not size a staff-only pantry from total enrolment, or assume a small model can supply the whole school.
Student-accessible water points
Describe bottle sizes, peak break-time refills, access and supervision. Confirm appropriate placement and product suitability before ordering. A hot-water lock does not replace the school's own supervision and safety procedures.
Offices and selected shared rooms
Measure individual enclosed spaces and explain occupancy and door use. One air purifier should not be assumed to serve multiple classrooms. It does not replace the ventilation or other measures required for the premises.
School questions
Can King Top 2 serve all pupils during a break?
Do not assume so. It is a starting point for lighter use. A student water point needs assessment of peak bottle refills, required temperatures and installation conditions rather than a recommendation based on staff pantry use.
Can we request a quotation for the administration office first?
Yes. Describe that room and its users, then assess other areas separately when needed. A phased purchase does not require choosing one model for every future room.
What information helps when students can reach the equipment?
State the age group, supervision arrangements, intended temperatures and proposed position. Confirm suitability and access controls with the school before selecting or installing equipment.
