Office towers and meeting floors
A floor plan before a model choice.
For a suite around Jalan Ampang or Persiaran KLCC, mark the pantry, boardroom and desks furthest from the water point. A convenient position must also allow connections and servicing without disrupting reception.

Before choosing
Bring the building details into the brief.
Before delivery
Give the building name, floor and installation address. Ask management about contractor entry, lift booking and permitted work times where applicable. These are items to confirm with your building, not assumed rules for all KLCC towers.
Between meetings
Count cups and bottle refills when meetings finish together. If one pantry serves a long office floor, consider whether another point would reduce walking. Choose capacity from peak use rather than the total floor area or the appearance of the counter.
Behind closed doors
A boardroom and a private office need separate air-purifier assessments. Include room dimensions, occupancy and door positions. Equipment in the reception area should not be assumed to serve every room on the floor.
